A business born from consultancy and focused around efficient workflows, lean processes and reduction of expenditure are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Generation Executive.

The role will form part of a team based out the Milton Keynes office, working closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Focusing on automation of business communications and business processes you will have experience of marketing business’s services to a targeted set of customers via the phone and other communication methods.

The Person

Essential Experience

  • B2B telesales and cold calling experience essential
  • A self-starter, with an enthusiastic approach to work
  • Proven track record of hitting targets
  • Able to work with varying levels of clients, clearly articulating the companies USP’s and services
  • Astute, process driven with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills, able to handle rejection well
  • Strong communication skills up to CEO level, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of working with the Microsoft suite such as Excel and Word


  • A background within business process automation

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Telesales and cold calling within the B2B sector, working cross vertical with businesses from SME to Large Blue Chips
  • To generate, from telephone activity, face to face appointments for the senior sales team
  • Working closely with Marketing to create marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Achieve KPI’s and monthly targets, ensuring quality of work is paramount
  • To keep accurate records of contacts and contact information within the Company CRM
  • Build relationships across all areas of the business, both with internal teams, partners and clients alike
  • Provide periodic and accurate progress reporting to management

The Package

Package £20,000-£25,000 (negotiable) + £35 sat appointment bonus and converted deal GP share (uncapped), quarterly incentive trips, structured career development plans and annual salary reviews.
