Client Relationship and Sales Support Executive – Manchester

A leader within their field are currently looking to grow their Customer Experience and Sales Support Team that is based out of their Manchester office.

The Person

  • Genuine passion for customer service
  • Experience of working in a busy, high pressured environment
  • Capable of working with high end Corporate and Strategic clients
  • Ability to meet departmental SLA’s
  • Able to work as part of a team and using own initiative when required
  • Excellent telephone manner and email etiquette
  • Strong experience of Microsoft Office; Excel essential
  • Proactive and motivated, genuine interest in self development

The Role

  • Overall responsibility for managing your allocated client relationships, whilst working in conjunction with the account manager to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Day to day management of incoming queries from clients and colleagues both over the phone and via email
  • Onboarding of new clients, ensuring all information is collated and detailed in relevant documentation
  • Working on conjunction with Account Manager and Project Managers on new project deployments, attending project planning meetings, whilst reviewing ops manuals and planning training sessions
  • Provide cover for other members of the team is busy periods and absence
  • Take ownership of incoming queries/complaints, acting in a swift manner to achieve resolution ensuring SLA’s are met
  • Process mapping of all customer infrastructure
  • MI reporting and flash reporting on specific projects and region/country wide
  • Data entry and general administrative duties

The Benefits

The company are offering a basic salary of £17,000 – £20,000 (dependent on exp) with 25 days’ holiday (increasing with length of service), pension, life insurance, lots of internal incentives, training and fully expensed Christmas and Summer parties.
